Ingredients: organic linseed, organic Indian plantain, organic cumin, organic
coriander, organic oregano, organic parsley, clay for nutritional purposes.

Net quantity: 480 g (60 servings).

Adults: 1-3 measuring spoons per day (8-24 g / day). Maximum daily amount: 4
measuring spoons per day (32 g).

Adolescents between 12 and 18 years: 1 measuring spoon per day (8 g / day).The
package contains 60 servings.

Start consuming the product in smaller quantities, one measuring spoon per day and after three to four days you can gradually increase the dose to the
recommended or the maximum allowable dose.

Mix the powder in 200 ml of liquid (water, juice, yogurt, etc.) and consume it before a meal.

Take the first daily dose in the morning on an empty stomach, and subsequent doses during the day, always before a meal.

When using for the first time, we recommend continuous consumption without interruption for three months. All subsequent uses of the product are from one to three months, once or twice a year.

Shortly after consuming the product, we recommend drinking a large amount of water (400 ml). The total daily amount of water consumed should be at least 1.5-2l/day.
