Liver and gut: Holistic Overview

Liver and gut: Holistic Overview

Today we are gonna write about the most affected organs in modern times.

There is a high rise in diseases connected to the gut and liver.

Hippocrates himself said that all disease begins in the gut.

How is the gut connected to the liver?

How can we take better care for the gut and liver?

What mistakes are we doing in every day life?

What habits should we must conquer for a healthy gut and liver?

How does liver communicate with us, that there is something going on there?

In the Holistic protocol show this answers were given by Jasmina Kandorfer, health practicioner who traveled the world to get knowledge and experiences beyond Faculty, wrote a few books on life quality, made more then 4.200 shows on healthy lifestyle in Slovenia and lead workshops and lectures for more then 100.000 people.

Today she is:

Empowering people to take responsibility for their own healthy and wellbeing.

She is explaining complicated biology and medicine processes for everyone to understand.

Jasmine is educating about power of daily habits and sleep culture and she checks and recommends only the best products and tools from around the world, she doesn care about the brands of this products, she cares only about quality. I am sure she has a good product she can recommend for todays talk too.

When we talk about liver, we maybe think about hepatitis. But is that it

Hepatitis is a liver problem, sure. But maybe we should think more about cholesterol.

In America, as many as 20% of people over the age of 20 have elevated cholesterol 7% of children up to the age of 19 already have elevated cholesterol.

As many as 54% of people in America take pills against high cholesterol (preventive).

Cholesterol is indeed the sign that liver is overloaded. I am not gonna scare people with more statistics about the gut, because I really do think that Hippocrates told us everything centuries ago when he said that everything starts in the gut.

All the diseases starts from the gut.

So liver is connected with the cholesterol?

Sure. When the liver detects inflammation, it initiates the process of cholesterol secretion (in order to build healthy cells and reduce inflammation). In other words, if you have high cholesterol, this is definitely a sign that that you have some kind of inflammation in your body. And that is usually the gut and liver themselves.

There is also another thing.

So a large number of people over the age of 50 take various medications (anti-cholesterol, lowering of pressure...), which puts an additional burden on the liver. So still too many medicines it puts additional strain on an already exhausted liver.

For sure. Bad news righ? And this is only liver, what about our gut!

What would be the sigs, symptoms of liver and gut out of balance?

Let me tell you something. Today we are so busy, that we get the symptoms but we ignore them. When we can not ignore them anymore, we take pills not to fell them. And in the last 10 years usage of pain killers went on for 58%.

What does that mean?

We are more and more ignoring the symtoms and shuting them down. 58% increase in pain killers usage, are you hearing me?

So the signs, that body is not ok, that something is off balance is our stool. If we dont go to the bathroom every day before breakfast. If the poop does not look like big, brown sausage in one piece, that comes out without any pressure almost. Then we have a problem. It must be at least once a day and we can look at the bristol chart how it should look again.

What are other signs that our gut and liver needs our help?

If your stool is not dark brown, but more light colors, that is liver problem. So you see, you have to look at your stool every time you go, that is how you see what is going on in your body.

We used to have toilets that made that more easier, the poops didnt go into the big hole immedietely, it was like presented easier.

Other signs would be bloating, low energy after we have a big meal, even heart racing.

And that liver is well affected too, we are easily brused, and on our skin ... more nad more pigmentation and red dots, they are called angiomas. This is a red flag literally, a call for help. Also water reatining and when it comes to yellowing of your skin and eyeballs (jaundice) - that is not just problems with the liver, that is liver failire, you do not want to come to that. Never!

And we all need to know that if you are not drinking alcohol, that doesnt mean your liver are fine. Liver problems are not all connected to alcohol.

So when we take care of liver, we have to take car of gut too?

The gut and the liver are anatomically and physiologically connected, and this “gut–liver axis” exerts various influences on liver pathology.

Liver and gut health are together the foundations of peak wellness. To treat problems with your hormones, acne, and digestion, anything, you look at both of them.

That is essential to know. We can not clean on without the other.

What should we eat for our liver and gut health in our everyday lives?

The liver is part of the body's natural detoxification system, which helps filter out toxins. Foods that support liver health include berries, different vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts, and fatty fish. Coffee and green tea contain antioxidants that are helpful for liver health and of course spices are super great.

The liver is a filter in the body, everything goes through the liver and the liver has to process everything, improper diet... When the liver is overloaded, it cannot do its job...

The liver performs over 2000 functions!

We want the liver to be happy. If the liver is happy, gut is happy. If gut is happy, the liver can be happy too!

Gut on the other hand needs a lot fiber, a lot of fermented foods like sauer krout, that is just the best food for your gut. If you do kombucha and kefir at home, that is great too.

But kidneys and gut will thrive on a right selection of fiber and herbs.

Which one would you recommend?

  • organic flax seeds - Linum usitatissimum,
  • organic Indian plantain - Plantago ovata,
  • organic cumin - Carum carvi,
  • organic coriander - Coriandrum sativum,
  • organic oregano - Origanum vulgare,
  • organic parsley -Petroselinum crispum and
  • clay for food purposes.

You heard me repeat organic a lot, right?

Yes,why is that?

Because it is essential we only use organic spices and ingrediants. Specially conventional spices are ussualy super toxic. On their way t us they are not only doused with toxic agents, but even rradiated, which is very harmful. And we forgot how valuable spices are. They used to be worth more than gold.

So every day use only and only organic spices. The prices in the store are not so different, but the quality is very different.

Can we do that mixture at home for liver and gut?

Yes, we sure can, specially if we have our home grown stuff, but for everyone else, I do recommend using this products, which has this formula for liver and gut, all the ingrediants with a lot of fiber and even clay.

People use this to treat many things.

For detox, slow bowel movement, instestinal flora, with Cholesterol, Blood sugar and many other stuff, because everything we have is related to the gut and liver. And this has also lots of omega3 so it is good for the hearth too.

Jasmina, what kind of results they can expect?

They can expect going to the toilet more efficient, felling lightness, felling more energy, clearing out the skin, this is amazing for the skin problems, flat tummy because bloating goes down, less craving for sugar and alcohol and many other stuff. But there is one thing, people really need to be carefull about this!

What is that?

They really need to drink enough water in order for this to work. Without water it will not work and I will show you why and how.

You put 1 scoop and then water, you should drink in immediatly. After few minutes this turns into a cleansing gel that works like a brush for gut and liver. And it has to be very good, because our gut is very very long and lumped together. We want toxins out of this lumps. So for that to happen, we need to drink another cup of glass right after wards and another in 2 hours and then later some more. And then it will really work like magic. I strongly recommend this to everyone and everyone loves it, women who just wants to have beautiful skin and glowing eyes love it too, because we must know that skin is directly connected to the gut. And glowing eyes too!

Do you believe in supplementing only?

I emphasize that the golder triangle is made by habits, nutrition and supplements, which is only one part.

But nowdays because of the agressive marketing we sometimes think that we just need to have some capsules, which is not true and can be very damaging. Syntetics are very bad for us, so I only recommend only organic real ingrediants, wildly grown, because that helps the body in the totally different way.

So we recommend for you gut and liver health, this formula made of:

  • organic flax seeds - Linum usitatissimum,
  • organic Indian plantain - Plantago ovata,
  • organic cumin - Carum carvi,
  • organic coriander - Coriandrum sativum,
  • organic oregano - Origanum vulgare,
  • organic parsley -Petroselinum crispum and
  • clay for food purposes.

You take 1 scoop per dey with wather and you have this for more then 1 month. In that time you will surely see the big difference.

People use this to treat many things.

For detox, slow bowel movement, instestinal flora, with Cholesterol, Blood sugar and many other stuff, because everything we have is related to the gut and liver. And this has also lots of omega3 so it is good for the hearth too.
